My name is Marlies van Wijhe and I am CEO of the family-owned company Van Wijhe B.V., which manufacturers the paint brands Wijzonol Bouwverven and Ralston Colour & Coatings. The two aspects that characterise my policy are innovation and sustainability – in terms of product development as well as business operations. I strongly believe in the strength of family-run businesses and the manufacturing industry, which are both unfairly under-appreciated in The Netherlands.
